Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins


Another favorite breakfast! These are fairly simple, and fairly healthy muffins. My kids have no idea there's wheat flour in them, and nobody better tell them!

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (like brown spotted ripe)
2 eggs (beaten)
3/4 melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt


First you mash your banana.


Then you mix in the eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla. This is when things begin to smell delicious!


In a separate bowl, mix your dry ingredients.


Next, you mix the wet with the dry.


Fold in the chocolate chips.


Fill 1 and 1/2 dozen muffin cups about 2/3 full.


Bake at 375 for 18-22 minutes.
