Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Butter

These are so easy, and go great with virtually everything.

1 & 1/2 lb brussels sprouts
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 & 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 & 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Cut the sprouts in half and place in baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Mix together the butter, lemon juice, and worcestershire.

Drizzle over the sprouts, and toss to coat.

Boom! You're finished. How easy was that? Yum.
